Privacy Policy

PantryKin is a household meal-planning service operated by the developer identified on its app-store listing. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the website or mobile app.
Information we collect
We receive your Google or Apple account identifier, email address, and display name when you sign in. You may add household members, food preferences, meal plans, grocery lists, inventory, support messages, and photos you choose for analysis.
AI and photo processing
Chat messages, relevant household meal context, and selected grocery photos are sent to Google Gemini to provide AI features. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for meal planning.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure PantryKin, synchronize household plans, provide AI results, track included usage, support retailer handoffs, answer support requests, and improve reliability.
Sharing and service providers
Household content is visible to members of the same household. We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for authentication and Gemini, Apple for authentication when selected, Pagefelt for support feedback, and retailer services when you choose a grocery handoff. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active. You can delete your account from Account settings. Personal account fields are anonymized, your membership is removed, and a sole-member household is deleted. Shared household content may remain for other members. Limited security, transaction, and usage records may be retained when reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You can edit household content, choose whether to submit a photo, leave a household, or delete your account. You may request help through the support page.
Children
PantryKin is not directed to children under 13, and children should only use it with a parent or guardian.
