Terms of Service

By using PantryKin, you agree to these terms. If you use PantryKin for a household, you are responsible for content you share with its members.
The service
PantryKin provides meal planning, grocery lists, household collaboration, optional AI assistance, photo analysis, and retailer handoffs. Features and included usage may change as the service develops.
Accounts and households
Provide accurate sign-in information, protect access to your identity provider, and only invite people you trust. Household members may view and change shared household content.
AI results are suggestions
AI results may be incomplete or wrong. Review ingredients, quantities, allergies, nutrition information, food safety, and retailer selections before relying on them. PantryKin does not provide medical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful content, violate another person’s rights, or use automated access that burdens the service.
Third-party services
Google, Apple, Gemini, Pagefelt, and retailer services have their own terms and privacy practices. Retailer prices, inventory, delivery, purchases, and refunds are controlled by the retailer.
Usage and purchases
Included AI usage is shared across a household and renews according to the displayed period. Purchase or subscription features are only offered where a supported checkout is available. Store purchases are also subject to the store’s terms.
Ending use
You may stop using PantryKin or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access needed to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
Availability and responsibility
PantryKin is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made from unreviewed AI or retailer information.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through PantryKin support.
